Responsible Gambling – Multi Venue Self Exclusion

All venues with gaming machines are registered for the NT’s Multi-Venue Self Exclusion system which Hospitality NT administrates.
The system is very user-friendly and can quickly facilitate a person experiencing problems with gambling to self-exclude from not only one venue but up to 35 venues. The problem gambler can choose to only self-exclude from the gaming area, from all gambling products or from the venue in total.
Hospitality NT has a Training Officer that is available to attend your venue to upskill staff in this. All staff should be aware of the system and what processes are in place to assist customers looking to exclude themselves from your venue.
Our Training Officer can also offer the ‘RSG Refresher Training’ at the same time as delivering the MVSE training. For most staff involved in the gambling services at licensed venues this is required annually.
